Fan¿ Laks is a unique, dry- and handsaltet, cold smoked salmon. It is smoked in specially designed stone ovens in our own, authorised, state-of öthe-art smokehouse.
The salmon is processed according to Henning Rasmussens very own recipe. A recipe that he has refined through more than three decades. From 1969 to 1986 Henning Rasmussen owned and ran Fan¿ Fisk. He then sold off the business in order to seek new challenges. However, through the years the interest in the unique and original Fan¿ Laks has grown significantly. And the activities have increased from being merely a hobby to the professional business that it is today. |
